Valerie Locati grew up in Scottsdale Arizona and moved to Franklin when she realized she had a love for fashion, building relationships with women, and wanting to help women feel good about themselves. Inspired by her daughter and other women who found their inner strength, she started Valerie Boutiques to women create lives that they love.
