Tammie Coe is a classically trained pastry chef who possesses a delightfully original take on the world of cake-making. As you browse through the images of her creations, you begin to see she is indeed part baker, part artist, with a wonderful eye for detail. Her cakes and cookies are multi-sensory experiences that only begin with the bold colors and free-form designs. Your experience doesn’t stop there, what is inside is nothing short of a little taste of heaven. Choose one of her signature fondant cakes; Zebra – chocolate cake layered with white chocolate mousse and raspberries, Milk Chocolate – “next to flourless” with milk chocolate sponge cake layered with dark chocolate mousse and candied hazelnuts, and Strawberry Shortcake – vanilla sponge cake layered with creme brulee and sliced strawberries.
