Established in 2005.
STUDIO 2b was established by husband and wife team Allen & Samantha Bales, two well known local artists. They have each had a passion for not only artwork – but the interiors of the homes that showcase their works. After designing and remodeling several of their own homes they were frequently asked and encouraged by friends and clients if they would offer their remodeling skills and talents to others who appreciated their vision. This passion for interior spaces and furnishings further led them on a path toward seeking out the best of the best in high quality, modern products for the living and working environment. In July of 2009 they purchased and remodeled an old historical warehouse building (formerly the Benjamine Moore Paint Factory) in the Hot RINO Arts District, located just north of Downtown Denver. From an early age, Samantha has always been inspired by Art, Music and Theater. She is naturally gifted, born with a keen eye for all things beautiful and well designed. In her early adult life she became fascinated with Interior Design and discovered that she had natural abilities to combine furniture, art and accessories to create rooms that were captivating and inspirational. She quickly became recognized for her talents and it was not long before she developed a clientele that has followed her for over 27 years. In the beginning, sourcing high quality modern furniture and accessories was a challenging and frustrating experience. Where were all of these great products to be found ? Not in Denver. This question took her on a path of exploration, discovery, and travel, eventually leading to various countries around Europe. It was there that she found those elusive pieces she yearned for.
Samantha opened Studio 2b in 2005 and has since been a local Denver source for Modern furniture !
