Hey friends, I am Casey Cowden the owner and head operator here at Santa Cruz Salmon Jerky. My roots run deep in the whole fish industry It goes back to my grandfather also my father both being fishermen and playing different roles in the fish industry.
I personally took a likeing to the ocean and mostly the art of (smokeing fish). For myself being very busy also with 2 kids its tuff most of time to even sit down and eat a meal or even going out to eat. So in 2011 after smoking fish for over a decade for me and also my friends there was one friend of mine that id share my personal smoked salmon jerky with he had online website experience. He kept telling me, this stuff is amazing Casey its just next level ive never liked smoked salmon he said to me you need to put this on the shelves and online. Give it a name ill help build the website. After thinking about this for a few days i called my friend and said this products called Santa Cruz Salmon Jerky lets share our little secret!
