Nashville’s source for cut-to-order, artisanal cheese, The Bloomy Rind offers a selection of unique, hand-crafted goodies. We typically carry 40-50 local, regional, and domestic cheeses, and most are available to sample to help you decide. We seek out farmers and cheesemakers who are making outstanding cheese in a sustainable way (pasturing their animals as much as possible without added hormones or unnecessary antibiotics). You know – the good stuff! We love to educate you if you want to know more, but can also help you pick out the perfect cheeses for a dinner party in a hurry. Fabulous platters of cheese for special occasions are available with a day’s notice. Just give us a shout. We also carry a number of jams, crackers and accompaniments to round out your cheese plate.
