Planty Sweet is Albuquerque’s first 100% vegan and gluten-free Cakery. We make beautiful cakes, tarts and raw vegan desserts. We are committed to using only the finest ingredients – local and organic whenever possible.

Established in 2016.
After teaching plant based culinary arts for 3 years, Karina decided to focus all of her skills and creativity on plant based desserts. With close family members having celiac disease, she started creating vegan AND gluten-free treats so that everyone can enjoy. This was how Planty Sweet, a vegan & gluten-free bakery was created.
