Business was born out of a need for Great Tasting Gluten Free food that, unlike most Gluten Free food, is low in carbohydrates.

I have been a family cook since I was big enough to stand on a chair and stir grandads gravy on Saturday mornings. After having weight loss surgery in 2017, I was prescribed a Low Carb diet, for life. I immediately began adapting family recipes to fit my new life long diet. I started letting people sample and found there were people who wanted samples that were allergic to gluten. So, I went back to the kitchen and adapted my recipes to be Gluten Free AND Low Carb. I stumbled onto a new niche. (Most all Gluten Free products are high in carbohydrates) My adaptations were genuinely Delicious and they make a big difference for people who cannot have gluten or high carb foods.
