Our selections are a combination of Ybor City’s melting pot of heritages including Cuban, Italian, German & Spanish, which showcase authentic recipes as well as inspired creations through out our 101 years of blending traditions. La Segunda Central Bakery has satisfied customers with authentic Cuban bread since 1915. For over 100 years, we’ve used the same hand-baked process and traditional recipes to ensure a taste and texture that can’t be duplicated. Uniquely characteristic to our location in historic Ybor City, Florida, La Segunda still uses a freshly cut palmetto leaf to create the signature split down each loaf.
