In August of 2016, Kona Coffee Purveyors and b. patisserie opened a collaborative space at the International Marketplace where pastries are produced and baked fresh throughout the day and fresh-roasted, fresh-brewed coffee, teas and juices are attentively prepared. Advanced pastry orders of over 24 items, should be placed with at least 24 hours notice. We produce everything from scratch and fresh on site, so there are seasonal variations and time is needed for fresh-baked products to cool enough to be boxed, so please call ahead.

In 2008, Raymond and Jackie founded Kona Coffee Purveyors and built Honolulu’s state of the art coffee roastery where the choicest lots from each select estates in Kona are roasted with precision. In 2016, our flagship cafe was opened at the International Marketplace where we partnered with San Francisco’s b. patisserie to bring you a special place – a cafe where the pastries and coffees are authentically and attentively produced, fresh all throughout the day.
