In house cured meats available for retail purchase in a warm farmhouse style setting. Our store includes a deli that serves sandwiches, soups and salads that rotate seasonally and highlight local produce as well as our in house cured meats. Vegetarian and gluten free options are always available. We pride ourselves on our vegetarian cuisine as well as our delicious meat products. We source all of our animals from within the State of Colorado, most from within 90 miles, and pride ourselves on using only heritage breed hogs and Wagyu beef. Locally raised bison, lamb, rabbit, and soon duck are featured as well. We process everything in house and make all items from scratch. Stop by and check out what we do, we are very proud!

Established in 2015.
We planned the business for 3 years, tested all of the recipes, and got everything dialed in before opening our doors in the Berkeley neighborhood this past October. We are thrilled to be part of the Tennyson Street Business Association and look forward to being a part of this wonderful community for many years to come!
