Located in The Village at Briarcliff shopping center just north of Downtown Kansas City, MO, is another flagship GreenAcres Market-GA-K.C.. Our store has grown up with the surrounding shopping area and has truly become a community market. You will find the same great product selections, high-quality supplement lines, natural beauty products and food-sensitivity grocery options that you’ll find in our founding store in Wichita, KS. A unique wrinkle is that the KC store has a wine and beer license which affords some great entertainment for customer “sip ‘n’ sees,” food demos and just plain fun. We’ll match our soup makers, bakers and cooks against those in any KC eatery. Come join us for Happy Hour some Tuesday after work. We think you’re going to love this place.

We are a family owned & locally run natural foods market & deli! My Mom, Barbara, opened our original store in Wichita Kansas in 1994 & it became a way of life for our family. My Dad joined, and so did I after college & then after a short venture to Denver to work in the “natural products industry” for a few years I decided to open one here in Kansas City! We looked all over the city for a location & decided to partner with the Briarcliff group & bring more Natural Foods options to the Northland & Downtown! We were early on for the area when we opened but it has been a fabulous 6 years so far & we are here to stay! Just remember, when you shop with us here you are supporting local! Our family & our team have a true passion for alternative health education & make sure it drives all that we do. Hello all! I am Shannon, owner of GreenAcres Market & Deli in Briarcliff Village! I was raised with alternative medicine as a way of life & I was one of those kids in the 80s with blue corn chips in my lunch & grass falling out of my sandwich… It was definitely very “different” back then. But I’m so thankful my Mom chose to raise us with fresh, natural, organic & healthier food options – I’m just thrilled that it all tastes much better now than it did then! My passion is alternative health education – and it is the mission of my family to provide healthier solutions to our communities. I have a background in business, mainly working with my family but studying it as well! I never imagined being in the grocery business, and I love it everyday! I get to work with such passionate & positive people & get a chance to make a difference for people & their health everyday!
