We accept just about all dental PPOs, including Delta Dental PPO, Delta Dental Premier, Metlife PPO, Guardian PPO, Blue Cross PPO, Blue Shield PPO, Cigna PPO, and others. We accept credit cards, cash, flex spending, worker’s comp, and Care Credit. We’re dedicated to incorporating technology into our dentistry. We use Dexis intraoral xrays, which are not only more comfortable, but also emit 90% less radiation then traditional film xrays. We use rotary instruments for root canal endodontic treatment, which is much more comfortable,effective and efficient than using conventional hand files. We use Zoom for teeth whitening. Zoom is one of the leading brands in one hour in-office teeth whitening. We do Invisalign, the clear aligner trays for those who despise ortho braces, wires and brackets. We use ultrasonic scalers for cleaning teeth. These scalers are much more efficient than cleaning teeth by conventional hand scalers. All in all, we strive to provide efficient and effective dentistry in a comfortable setting.

Dr. Norman Yung is the senior dentist at Franklin Dental Care. He was born and raised in Toronto, Canada, and moved to Hong Kong to attend high school before returning to Vancouver, Canada to complete his Pharmacy degree in 1988. Wanting something more hands on, he moved to Philadelphia to attend the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. He excelled in his studies, and was one of 4 students chosen from the class of over 130 to do his clinical training at the prestigious and more rigorous faculty practice facility instead of the main clinic. He completed his Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) degree in 1992.
