We make Sourdough bread from a Starter that we have had for 25 years! Our Sourdough bread flavors are: Cinnamon, Pecan Cinnamon, Apple Cinnamon, Raisin Cinnamon, Plain Sourdough, Banana Pepper Cheese, Jalapeño Cheese, Sundried Tomato Pesto Feta and Olive Garlic Cheese. We make Pretzel Bread and Rye Bread twice a week. We also make an amazing “Not your Mama’s Grilled Cheese” with Garlic Cheddar, Tillamuck Cheddar and optional fresh sliced tomato and avocado. Our other specialty Panini Sandwiches are the Rockin Rueben and the Ham and Cheese with more selections to come!
We opened up at Findlay Market the first week of May, 2016. We are the only bakery that bakes the bread inside the market daily! Our Sourdough Breads are unique in that they are slightly sweet and very soft, perfect for sandwiches, toast and French Toast!

Melissa has been baking bread for over 25 years. She got the starter from her Mom, Ethel, 25 years ago and a passion was born! The starter has gone on vacation with her and her family, it has been babysat and exploded in the neighbor’s refrigerator and it has been fed for over 25 years. Melissa had a bread company out of her home 25 years ago in Dayton and closed it after 7 years. She then worked at the family welding business for 13 years.
