Button Rock Bakery got it’s start in Lyons, Colorado by the passionate and creative minds of Tony and Jamie Lachel. After both carrying on careers and education in business and culinary arts, the couple embarked on a bakers dream. Today, we continue to grow with our principles at heart – live what you love, love what you do and whom you share life with. Jamie and Tony Lachel are the owners and operators of the Lyons, Colorado and Lafayette, Colorado locations. The two of them decided to start their own bakery the same time they started a family to provide them the freedom to create a business based on their principles and a family environment. Both have degrees in business and culinary arts solidifying their educational qualifications to run their successful bakeries.
