My name is Chef Kerry, and I am a Certified Executive Pastry Chef as well as an Approved Certification Evaluator through the American Culinary Federation.Most importantly, I am the new owner of BitterSweets Bakery. I am so excited to be taking over and continuing the tradition of baking great, from-scratch cupcakes. The foundation of BitterSweets bakery will be to create and bake everything from scratch and baked fresh, designed to your order which will continue to include the amazing cupcakes from Caked.
For the past 15 years I have been a Chef Instructor at Central New Mexico Community College in the culinary arts program, teaching a both the introductory Baking Fundamental Labs as well as the Advanced Baking and Pastry Labs.
I am extremely excited to be living my dream of opening a boutique bakery called BitterSweets that will continue to create the amazing Caked Cupcakes as well as beautiful celebration and wedding cakes, including anything sweet your heart desires.
