We start out with a course grind, and Always No Fillers, then we mix in our secret recipe, stuff them in a Natural casing, and smoke them for hours in our seasoned smokers. Roger’s was established in 1954 as a Butcher Shop and a Food Locker. Back then must people didn’t have freezers at home, so they would rent a space to leave there frozen foods. As the times changed and so did Roger’s, no longer a Food Locker, but a full service Butcher Shop, with Wild Game Processing. You just can’t beat our Jalapeno’s & Cheddar Summer Sausage stuffed with your deer or elk.

Hank and Rhonda Twyman are the new owners of Rogers Meat Market in OKC and Rogers Butcher Shop in Newcastle. Having 30+ years in retail and customer service they are dedicated to the highest quality of products and service. Hank has also been a butcher for a number of years and has always dreamed of owning his own market. They are very excited for their new venture and look forward to serving you!
