Ron started his business in 1979 in the same Ehrlich Road location the main store is still located in. He built his business on a reputation of excellence in merchandise offered and customer service. He has taken Ackerman Jewelers from humble beginnings to being voted Best Jewelers in Tampa Bay 5 years in a row by the very clients he served. He loves Tampa and is active in the community. Thirty five years later he still prides himself on giving clients the “Ackerman Experience”!
