Our business started 50 years ago by Redwood City native Jack Dehoff. Jack began working for a local grocery chain in the 50’s while attending Sequoia High. He worked his way up managing several of the chain’s stores. When the store at the corner of Upton and Roosevelt, RWC came up for sale Jack and wife Nancy ventured out on their own and started Dehoff’s Key Market. They built a reputation based on premium beef, hand selected produce, honest pricing and good, old-fashioned customer service. Decades later we remain a true family business and are still operated by the Dehoff family. The company stands with a long track record of maintaining all the principles that built the store from the start: good people, quality merchandise and honest value.
