I make specialty cakes and cupcakes for most occasions. My cake flavor options are Yellow, Chocolate or Red Velvet cake and my fillings can vary. I do not have a store front and most of my business is via email or phone.

I began to bake at a very early age. I have been given many opportunities at a career and i realized when i rolled into one of NY’s top pastry/cooking schools that i loved food. I graduated and interned at my first ever bakery at 20. It was a new local bake shop that specialized in custom fondant cakes where i learned enough experience to become a full time employee.Everyday became a learning experience where i learned most of the techniques i use today on my own cakes. I owe most of my knowledge to my old boss that gave me the opportunity to take me under her wing and teach me everything she knew. Some of the first clients that ever ordered from me 3 years ago, are loyal customers i hear from every year for that special cake.
I love to create and imagine new ideas and express it through my cakes. I absolutely love when clients give me the chance to do what i love and leave the design up to me. Many of my first customers are still loyal to me today.
