Boise Co-op is a member-owned food cooperative and marketplace that educates and connects our community to high-quality, natural, organic foods and specialty products. We’re passionate about sustaining our local food system and strengthening the farm-to-family relationship. That’s why we source products from farmers and partners we know and trust. You can find a great selection of local products as well as your favorite national brands. We boast a meat department that makes housemate sausages every day, a full-service deli and bakery, the freshest organic and seasonal produce, a great section of natural grocery and wellness products, beers and wines from all over the world, and a knowledgable, friendly staff that will keep you coming back for more. The Deli at Boise Co-op The Village features made-from-scratch items using all organic produce and grains. Their menu includes hand-tossed pizzas, burritos, sandwiches, a full espresso bar, juice bar, soups, a self-serve hot bar and organic salad bar, sushi, and more. Whether you’re looking to dine in or need a quick meal to go, they’ve got you covered. Vegan, vegetarian, and wheat-free options available.

The Boise Co-op started in 1973. We are community-owned natural foods grocery store. We now have two natural foods store (one in Boise and one in Meridian), as well as a Wine Shop and a Pet Shop.
