Established in 2019.
After traveling the world for the last ten years, I was looking for ways to connect with my local community. I also wanted to focus on one thing, do it well, and let it be a creative outlet that utilizes my exposure to world cultures and traditions. I also wanted to be my own boss. That’s when Pangea’s Oven came to be. I developed my sourdough culture during the 2018 winter holidays and sold my first loaf the following April. I’m a world traveler, writer, educator, and baker. I like to make sourdough for people in my community and share that joy of freshly-baked bread with everyone near me.
