We call it “The National Pastry of Sweden” Our mission is to give the Bulle it’s rightful place as an international pastry outside Sweden. We carefully studied ingredients and source everything at the highest possible quality to bring you a sweet and savory experience you’ll crave again and again.

Married couple Sarah and Ezra Reich started Bulle Bakery in Los Angeles 2018. Sarah is born and raised in Stockholm, Sweden and Ezra is born in New York, his music career took him to Sweden where the couple met and after trying his first Bulle he was in love with the pastry and the couple started their journey to make the best tasting Bullar outside of Sweden. Now they hear their pastries are the best ever tasted from both Swedes as well as Americans and they couldn’t be more happy and proud about their “baby” Bulle Bakery.
