Established in 1965.
Originally started by Roy Williams (Willy) out of his garage in 1965 to service the booming TV repair business, Willy’s Electronics has been providing electronic accessories for 50 years. Willy’s was incorporated in 1972 and has changed ownership only once in 1982. Recently the business has expanded by opening a second store in Kearny Mesa in October 2007. Both stores are family owned and operated.

Our family has owned and operated Willy’s Electronics since the mid 80’s. As the 2nd generation owner, I manage the National City location. I have been working at Willy’s since 1997 but have been coming here my whole life — I used to go on deliveries as a baby and this place was my after school program so I became well versed in low voltage products and how they work.
