The Wild

We are the Whole Foods of pet stores. The products that we carry undergo tremendous scrutiny so you can be confident that you have optimal choices for the health of your pet. Our entire staff is educated in advanced pet nutrition. We focus on species appropriate diets for cats & dogs, education of pet owners and we have the largest selection of domestic and exotic treats in the Greater Charleston regional area. We have a large selection of Raw and freeze-dried foods as well as the best selection of dry foods. We also provide a self-service pet wash and free use of a commercial grade pet scale. We have two locations, West Ashley and James Island and have never been associated with other pet stores in the area.

Established in 2002.
The Wild began as a grooming salon on James Island called Healthy Hounds. After noticing how many dogs had skin issues a solution was found in healthy food. The food became so helpful and grew quickly to the point that grooming ended to make room for, treats, supplements and toys. The name changed to All Is Well. After several changes and upgrades to the store, we changed the name to The Wild as it fits our direction of feeding pets as they eat in The Wild!
