The Chocolat Bar is an artisan chocolate shop. We opened our doors in 2004. We use high quality, organic and local ingredients and take pride in providing unique and classic flavors. We provide chocolates for weddings, corporate events, and holiday corporate and personal gifts! We have seasonal flavors and beautiful packaging. We mail everywhere.

Jason is a trained chocolatier and brings years of experience in formulation chemistry, managing a manufacturing facility, and restaurant management to the business. Trish brings years of marketing and management experience as well. We have always loved cooking together, and are passionate about exploring new flavors and culinary experiences. It is our goal to keep the spirit of everything the founding owners worked so hard to build — the best tasting handmade artisan chocolates where there is always a friendly face in beautiful Boise, Idaho.
