All begun with the big love of mrs. Lucia Fonseca de Esparza with bakery. She used to bake her husband’s favorite dessert which was be eaten in less of a «sigh» (Suspiro in spanish). Each member of the company, has become in a quality ingredient , that together has given as the result «The best cake of Mexico».
