Magpie Vintage & Estate Jewelry

Magpie specializes in vintage and estate jewelry from the Victorian era through the 1970s. We have a large collection of midcentury designer jewelry, as well as a selection of diamond engagement rings from the art deco and Edwardian period. We have recently added a room of high end vintage and designer clothing, as well as selected costume items by local designers.

Established in 2012.
Owner Sarah Wheelock has been selling vintage jewelry in New Orleans since 1996. Magpie, her most recent venture, opened on Maple St in 2012, and moved to Magazine St. in 2013.

Sarah Wheelock owned the vintage and costume shop Funky Monkey for 13 years, selling it in 2011. Since that time she has focused on accumulating and selling a large collection of vintage designer and estate jewelry, which she shares with the public at Magpie. She is an accredited jewelry professional through the Gemological Institute of America.
