With little to no women’s clothing boutiques in Downtown Cleveland, intro Boutique was opened to fill the need. intro offers women’s contemporary and business casual clothing. Great quality clothing at reasonable prices. You will find amazing clothing for casual events, nice coats, boots, purses and more. No more traveling thirty minutes outside the city. We are located in the heart of Cleveland and walkable from many hotels and apartments. Please stop in and see us at the 5th Street Arcades, located between Prospect and Euclid Avenue.

This business was started because two sisters noticed a need for women’s shopping downtown. Elaina is the owner of Style House Beauty Bar (located next to intro) and had many clients ask where the best shopping was. Many were out of towners and some lived downtown with little or no time to travel outside the city. With a passion for customer service and retail intro was opened as an accessible, reasonable place to shop!
They are dedicated to the shop and hope to bring great things to downtown Cleveland for women.
