3rd generation butcher in the family. My father was a butcher from the 1950’s until well into the 1980’s. Started my training in 1979 having the opportunity to learn from many “old timers”. I married Harvey’s daughter in 1982 but didn’t come into the Market shop until 1987. I love what I do and hope you enjoy what I do also.
