Our process is all about quality, we begin by grinding Montana wheat berries into whole wheat flour, in store everyday. The whole wheat flour in your bread is never more 48 hours old. Then, we begin measuring, mixing, weighing, kneading, and baking. Understanding the subtle nuances of wheat — what great dough should feel like, how it should bake, and ultimately how it should taste — is what distinguishes Great Harvest bread from all the rest.
