Farmer Tom's CSA

Farmer Tom’s CSA is a great place for people to purchase the finest and freshest organic produce from local farmers all over the world. We pride ourselves on quality, variety and nutritional value of carefully hand-selected fruits and vegetables. We offer three different share sizes to suit each individual’s needs. There is no membership to join and a member may skip a delivery as often as they need to do so. If you are looking for a great year-round CSA to join, then look no further than Farmer Tom’s CSA!

Established in 2003.
The business was originally started by Farmer Tom Ulick, an organic vegan farmer who started with his own farm for over 20 years. When Farmer Tom was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease, he had to let go of his farm and then began contracting out to local Amish farmers during the Midwest growing season and purchasing certified organic produce from a local supplier who contract with local farmers throughout the world. He did this to ensure that as many people as possible could be able to purchase good, high quality produce at a resonable price. His goal was to feed as many people as possible.

When Farmer Tom could no longer work as he once did, his business partner, Ray Shearer, has taken over the business as owner. He has worked with Farmer Tom since the business was started. Holly Moore is the assistant manager, who started working for the company after she spent a few years doing personal caregiving for Farmer tom.
