As a result, you will never sit down with a salesperson here. Instead, you will always be greeted by one of Diamond Vault’s professional jewelry brokers. Between Jason, Jesse, Ed, Nick, Brian, Patty, and our IT support, our brokers have collectively 80+ years of experience.

Mark & Pat Miller, owners of the Diamond Vault, have been serving individuals such as yourself for the past 25 years. We are a husband and wife team that started out working for Bailey Banks & Biddles, a high line jewelry company with over 100 stores nationally. Both Pat and I managed a number of locations for them over the years until we founded the Diamond & Gold Vault in 1996. We managed and grew that operation for 9 years until it came a time for us to consider owning a diamond brokerage office for ourselves in Reno, Nevada. So in January, 2006, we took the plunge and opened our Diamond Brokerage office at 4950 Kietzke Lane, Suite 301 to bring to the Reno market a buying opportunity that didn’t exist in that area up to this point.
