Scott had worked as manager for the original owner of CSS for several years, when the opportunity arose to become partners. Shortly during that first year Scott bought the business and has operated it ever since. The years have proven valuable. Scott has acquired great knowledge and expertise in his chosen field of watches. His ability to investigate issues pertaining to all kinds of movements and brands has been and continues to be a valuable resource.
