Bruks Bars

We make healthy snack bars, made from whole foods, and are gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free and egg-free. Made with real foods and handmade with love, these bars are as healthy as they are delicious (kids love ’em too!).

Established in 2013.
Co-founders Sean Muldoon and Brooke Muldoon started baking brüks bars while Sean was in graduate school. Sean’s food intolerances made finding a delicious, healthy snack bar that fit within his diet (gluten, dairy, soy and egg-free), nearly impossible. Before they knew it, they had created the Original brüks bars, that were both delicious and full of goodness (flax & chia seeds, protein & fiber) and allergen-conscious. After moving to Charlotte, NC in August 2013, brüks bars was launched. Today, the four flavors are Original (sweet ‘n savory with natural peanut butter), Apricot Chocolate, *Apple Pecan and *Cherry Espresso. All four of the bars are gluten, dairy, soy, egg-free and/or *vegan. brüks bars can be found online at www.bruksbars.com, or at more than 70 retailers throughout Charlotte, and across seven states including: North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Illinois, Virginia, Florida and Alabama.
