Breadsmith of Greenfield, one of Milwaukee’s best bakeries, specializes in hand-crafted artisan breads and sweets. Our handmade and hearth baked products are made from scratch without any additives or preservatives. We use only the finest ingredients, and each of our loaves is made by hand in the time honored tradition of old-world master bakers. Conveniently located at the corner of South 76th Street and Layton Avenue, Breadsmith features several different varieties of fresh bread each day, including crusty, European-style loaves, soft-crusted sandwich breads, and flavorful specialty breads. We also offer a wide range of delectable sweets including dessert breads, muffins, scones, croissants, cookies, and cinnamon claws. We’re actively involved in our community and proudly support local organizations with fundraisers and special events. At the end of each day, we also donate our unsold bread to those in need.
