Atelier Monnier is The French Bakery in Miami to reward yourself, to celebrate, or to party! We pride ourselves on offering the most flavorful, natural and freshly made French baguettes, croissants, pastries, sandwiches, gluten free macarons, cakes, tarts, European ice cream and sorbets, frozen desserts, and handcrafted chocolates. Our natural ingredients are exquisitely balanced so you enjoy the full experience from the first bite. Established in 2010.
Atelier Monnier opened its first Boutique in Pinecrest in August 2010. Atelier Monnier participated to eight farmers markets and three food truck events per week from 2011 to 2013. The Brickell Cafe opened in May 2013. In the Fall of 2018, due to popular demand, Atelier Monnier added two new locations in order to cover more areas in Miami. That is how the Bird Road Boutique and South Beach Café opened their doors. Patrick’s ambition is bringing top quality, fresh artisanal pastries and savory bites in the streets of Miami. Together with our sommelier we also share in a fun and educational way the knowledge of food and wine pairing. To achieve this goal Patrick works closely with passionate, local and creative artists to bring the best of what Miami has to offer together in one store.
