As a partner at Arizona’s only certified grass-fed beef producer, Nick Addante saw an opportunity in the natural meats business and prepared to open a corner butcher store in the heart of Phoenix. Addante realized what was really missing in today’s factory-fed, mass-market meat industry—trust, transparency and a skilled neighborhood butcher who cares about what their customers are eating with their families.
