My father is a well known butcher in Stockton , ca and has been for over 25+ years. He’s worked in various meat markets and restaurants such as sahuayo, la mexicana, until in 2000 he finally opened his own meat market and became the first offical meat market to BBQ outside . Now he’s well known for his tri tip , ribs , rice , beans and all around good customer service . And now we just expanded and opened our new store front ( Mercado ) come check us out
