I opened a popular dessert bakery in Santa Cruz on River St. in 1985. Then in 1988 moved it to Pacific Ave at the old Plaza Bakery. To all of our surprise, 1989 we quaked away a lot of business in our downtown including my bakery. Fast forward to 2010…I have been teaching pastry arts for the last 20 years and decided to share my abilities with the local fans of cakes and pastry. I am again making my famously delicious desserts for special events. I do not have a retail location and am the sole owner and operator so I book up fast as I can only take so many orders with only me at the helm.
