We specialize in Premium Beef. We raise a Prime Beef called Akaushi. This breed is in the top 2% of cattle in the world. It is known for its inherent ability to marble and grade Prime, but also for its heart healthy benefits. The fatty acid composition promotes good Cholesterol, but above that, it just tastes better. We also have an Angus-cross beef, pork and chicken. We will cut to order and we encourage custom cuts.
