James has always enjoyed spicy food. From putting mounds of jalapenos on his nachos at the Astros games as a kid, to trying his first Habanero in 1994. He has been hooked on hot stuff his whole life!

He has dedicated the last five years to tasting the biggest, baddest, best and hottest the spicy world has to offer, and in the last two years it has become a full time job. He has tasted over two thousand hot and spicy products in his lifetime, and tries to attend every major hot sauce festival in the U.S. annually.
