Dr. Mike Asay has owned Chisholm Trail Dental since 2007 when he took over for Dr. Butler who retired. Continuing the established pattern of excellent dentistry and customer service has been a focus. Staying at the cutting edge of technology, procedures, and materials is also important to Dr. Asay’s mission to provide the best possible dental care to his patients. Dr. Mike is known to his patients for his compassion and genuinely caring nature. He has a passion for dentistry and is constantly taking advanced training and continuing education courses to keep himself abreast of new technologies and procedures so that his patients will receive the best care possible. He is continuously complimented for his ability to put patients at ease as he carefully listens before making a diagnosis. This relationship based approach to patient care is what defines one of the most exceptional aspects of his practice. His attention to detail yields pleasing results for his patients.

Prior to purchasing this practice he received his BA in Spanish from Brigham Young University where he graduated with honors then attended dental school at Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas on academic scholarship after scoring in the 99th percentile on the Dental Admission Test. He then worked as an associate dentist in Dallas before moving his family to Round Rock.
