Marketplace Bakery

We are a small local commercial bakery now Open To The Public. We specialize in bread, rolls, and custom bread products. Gluten-free options are available, too. Marketplace Bakery is home of the oldest sour starter in Boulder County, 30 years old! All of our bread is made from scratch using our own recipes and techniques.

Established in 1984.
Marketplace Bakery started as a doughnut/coffee shop in the heart of historic downtown Louisville, Colorado. The business changed hands a few times, then was purchased in 2007 by the current owners. The business changed to a commercial-only operation in 2010 and relocated to Longmont. Beginning in October 2012, our bread is available to the public.
