At MAXOTA RAW, our handmade all natural raw pet formulas are made in small batches and have only the finest, freshest, human-grade USA ingredients available. While living on the West Coast, I was feeding my dogs the best kibble I could find until my vet, a raw diet advocate, suggested I try raw diet dog food. After finding a local producer that I trusted, I started my dogs on a raw diet. Within two weeks I noticed a difference for the better. Both my dogs’ energy levels went through the roof! They leaned out, and their skin problems cleared up as well. After moving here to the East Coast, I couldn’t find a local producer of raw food to compare to what I had been used to feeding my dogs. So, my background and years of research has led me to create our raw dog food formulas, MAXOTA RAW.

I have a BS in Nutritional Science from the University of Arizona and have spent years working at Canyon Ranch where I was exposed to holistic health practices and alternative forms of preventive medicine. I then became an Environmental Health Specialist and a Registered Sanitarian. During this time as a health inspector, I learned the HACCP (hazardous critical control point) system which helped me develop safe food handling and production skills. I am also ServSafe Certified.
