The Wiener Wagon was built by hand on the hopes and dreams of supplying sausages to the masses. She made her maiden voyage in July of 2012 for a family gathering & has since been sighted at school fairs, graduation parties, office caterings, homes tours, company picnics, rehearsal dinners & wedding parties. Husband & wife team, Dave Derr & Jessica Rush have been linked together for over a decade in the kitchen. They are both culinary school graduates with backgrounds in regional & international cuisines. Wiener Kitchen opened December 2017 as a permanent spot to enjoy sausage. Current offerings include breakfast & lunch, as well as a selection of products created in-house to enjoy at your home or tailgate. Seasonal features offered daily.
