After a brief period of time as a Service Director, Karl quickly excelled to become General Manager of Volkswagen Alhambra. After a very successful few years Karl was given the reigns of Volkswagen Pasadena where he is focusing on improving our customer service, increasing customer satisfaction, and furthering the Volkswagen brand.
