We are a small market in the heart of Little Italy San Diego. We specialized in Italian Products and products from all over the world. We support local producer and try to do business with our local vendors. We focus on organic and health products. We goal is to source the best products out there and make it available for our customers. We offer a wine club free membership for our extensive wine list. We have fresh fish and meat packaged everyday. We love our neighborhood and are so honor to be a part of this amazing community.

We are a sister market for Buon Appetito Restaurant, a well known restaurant in the heart of Little Italy, San Diego. The Market started as an idea to provide some of our sauces and spices available to our customers, also to share a little of our culture with our community.

The Market by Buon Appetito has three business owners. Antonino Mastellone, Salvatore Caniglia, and Danielle Caniglia. They started the Buon Appetito Group in 2003 and opened three other businesses in the following years.
The Market was opened in 2008 with the intent to serve the Little Italy community, bringing not just Italian products, but also products from all over the world.We also focus on working with local producers and help them distribute their organic products .. The mixed back ground from the owners create a variety of different flavors but at the same time keep the tradition of their background, and that’s what makes us special.
Our manager, Roberta has been running the store since 2010. She brings a different twist to our business. Her shift from GMO products into organic products created a different market peril and options to our community. She focus on bringing the best products out there in the market to our customers.
