The Animal Doctors adheres to the highest standards represented by AAHA, a national organization of outstanding veterinary hospitals. Our primary goal is to make our patients as comfortable and pain free as possible. Dr. Lagerwerff’s professional interests are in animal diagnostics, geriatric and wellness medicine. Dr Liu has interests in preventative and feline medicine. We pride ourselves in providing the best customer service possible, and making you and your pet feel welcome.

Dr. Lagerwerff has been a practicing veterinarian for over three decades. He graduated from Washington State School of Veterinary Medicine in 1969. Over the years he conducted free spay/neuter and vaccine clinics in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico and also volunteered at Wildlife Rescue. Due to his great services and time dedicated to the less fortunate animals, he was awarded the Humanitarian of the Year Award from the Peninsula Humane Society in 1984.
