Shampoochez (pronounced Shampooches) is a self-service dog wash service in Santa Cruz County, California. No more aching back, no more mess when it comes time to wash your dog.. Shampoochez also offers professional bathing and grooming services. All baths and clips begin with an introduction–a “getting to know your pet” ritual. Our groomers create rapport while examining the pet for growths, skin problems, ear infections or eye irritations. This one-stop shop also offers a full range of pet products. We carry homeopathic, herbal and natural environmentally friendly products and pet food, as well as a fun selection of toys and treats.

The first original self-service dog wash established in 1983. After 33 years, Shampoochez came under new ownership in August 2016. In July of 2018, current owners Doug & Ellen took the reins.
