Walk into the National Audio Video store, located in central Edmonton, and one of the first things you’ll notice is the friendly, family-like atmosphere that encourages confidence in the product, the people and the entire customer relationship. You will also notice the newly renovated store and showrooms housing state of the art audio/video equipment. That is all the result of a lot of hard work and effort on the part of John Walker, the owner and manager of the mid-to-high-end consumer electronics store. John’s ties to National Audio Video go all the way back to 1983, when the store was called National Music. He approached George Nikel and subsequently found himself in his employ. Over the next few years, John learned all about the buying and selling of consumer electronics. The hands on and working knowledge of the products.
